“All of nature is an inspiration to me. The earth, the sky, landscapes, animals and their beautiful colors inspire me to create. I consider myself a colorist. I love to play with color and explore its intensity and range. I pull hidden colors from within an image and bring them to the viewers attention. The border between realism and abstraction fascinates me, whether it be in form or color. I’m a very creative thinker, and frequently give myself design challenges within my work in any medium. I focus on the creative process and all it includes within any medium I am working in. Creating art is one of my greatest joys in life! It brings peace to my soul to create. I simply have no choice but to grow as an Artist and continue to expand my toolbox of talents.”
